Safeguarding Children – Care Certificate Standard 11

This course provides essential knowledge and guidance for anyone working with or around children in health and social care settings. It covers how to recognise signs of abuse, respond appropriately, and understand your duty of care under UK safeguarding legislation. Topics include neglect, emotional, physical and sexual abuse, radicalisation, trafficking, and FGM, as well as online safety and the impact of domestic abuse. This course is aligned with Care Certificate Standard 11 and supports compliance with the Children Acts 1989 and 2004.
